General

This website is an artistic presentation. It sells no goods or services online, contains no contact form, no user accounts and no newsletter. Personal data is processed only to the extent described below.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. No web analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks or social media plug-ins are used. Nothing is written to or read from the local storage of your browser. Fonts are hosted on this server and are not requested from external providers. For this reason no consent banner is displayed.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., Švitrigailos str. 34, 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania, on servers within the European Union. A data processing agreement according to Article 28 GDPR is in place.

When a page is opened, the web server automatically records technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is required for the technical delivery of the website and for the security and stability of the server.

Legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log entries are deleted after a short retention period unless a specific incident requires them to be kept longer. This data is not merged with other sources and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Contact by email

If you write to the address given above, your email address, your name and the content of your message are processed for the purpose of answering your enquiry.

Legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a concert engagement or another contractual matter, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Correspondence is kept as long as it is needed for the matter concerned and for as long as statutory retention periods require. Email is transmitted over the internet and cannot be guaranteed to be secure against access by third parties.

Video content

On the video page, two of the cover images are served directly from the YouTube image servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Opening that page therefore transmits your IP address and technical browser data to Google before any interaction on your part. Legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest being the presentation of concert recordings in the form supplied by the platform. The third cover image is stored on this server and involves no external request.

No video player is loaded until you click on a cover. When you do, the recording is played through YouTube in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com), under which no cookies for personalised advertising are stored before playback begins. Your IP address and technical browser data are transmitted to Google and may be transferred to servers in the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If you are logged in to a Google account, the playback may be assigned to that account.

Legal basis for starting a video is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is given by clicking to play and can be withheld simply by not clicking. Further information is available in the Google privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

This website links to external sites, including Instagram. Opening such a link leaves this website. The processing of your data on those sites is governed by the privacy policy of the respective operator and is outside the control of the controller named above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your personal data (Article 15), the right to rectification (Article 16), the right to erasure (Article 17), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18), the right to data portability (Article 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21).
